We’re changing the way we structure grants to simplify the process and make the most of our funding and talent. While we are in the process of moving to the new structure, we will still accept applications for the following original Foundation grants until 31 March 2013

1. 2012-13 Contribution Statistics
Up to December 30, 2012, 31 rotary clubs (46.9% of total no. of 66 clubs) have contributed to The Rotary Foundation (TRF).
Inbound Scholars Finding Hong Kong Home Away from Home
Five months have passed since I came to Hong Kong. The five other scholars have arrived at the same time from the US and the UK. We have all decided to study at the University of Hong Kong.
Message from the Chair of the District Foundation Committee
The activities of the District Rotary Foundation Committee in December, comparatively speaking, are quieter than the previous months. As we move towards the end of the calendar year, we are preparing to take stock how far we have gone in term of meeting the district’s foundation goals and set the course for the remainder of this Rotary year.
PDG Kenneth Wong DG 2012-2013
Born September 1956, Kenneth has married to Lucia and with daughter Amy and son Arthur
Kenneth graduated at the City University, London UK in 1980 with B.Sc (Hon) in Industrial Chemistry
Upon returning to Hong Kong, Kenneth engaged in textile industry with special focus on manufacturing process development in the context of Dyeing, Printing and finishing of Cotton and other blended fabrics.
PDG David Harillela – DG 2011-2012
Born and raised in Hong Kong, DG David Harilela spent his primary years at the renowned local Diocesan Boys School where he obtained his A’levels. He then travelled across the world to study at one of the top schools in Los Angeles, California – The University of Southern California (USC), where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Being a strongly driven individual with many ambitions, David was the first in his family to attend university and graduate. To this day he is still an Ambassador for USC, as well as an active member of the USC Alumni Association committee.
