DG Mongolia Visit 2017
Dear Fellow Rotarians,
This year’s Mongolia visit has scheduled on 22nd to 28th Aug 2017. DG HW Fung is going to lead this delegation to the Gobi Desert & Ulaanbaatar for 7 days / 6 nights. If you haven’t been to this part of the world, you should not miss this very good opportunity to join us to explore this place.
On the other hand, if you wish to join this fun trip together but have less time, we have a shorter version, ie 4 days / 3 nights itinerary from 25th to 28th Aug 2017 prepared for you! You might be missing the exciting part at the Gobi Desert, but you will get to explore the city and visit other interesting attractions such as the 13th Century Settlement and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex.
Rotary Xinjiang Driving Tour (Sep 14th – 23rd )
Dear DG HW Fung, District Officers, Club Presidents and Fellow Rotarians,
Congratulations to DG HW, District Officers and Club Presidents for the Rotary year 2017-2018.
It is my great honour to be the District Fellowship Committee Chair again in year 2017-2018. I am very excited to organize the 1st Rotary Xinjiang Driving Tour on 14th -23rd September, 2017) together with PP Wilson (RC of Taipo), IPP Kevin Mak (RC of Kwai Chung) and the Silk Road & Xinjiang Tour specialist for over 25 years – GZL.
Our purposes of the tour are :
1) Fun driving in North Xinjiang, understanding the ethnic group culture, enjoying the great landscapes and foods in Silk Road.
2) Cultural Exchange (HK Rotarians & Local Minorities (Ethnic Group) & Local Community Service (TBC)
Rotary HK Ultramarathon 2017 on 5 March 2017
Dear Rotary Leaders, Presidents and fellow Rotarians,
We are delighted to announce that District 3450 will organize the third year of Rotary HK Ultramarathon on Sunday 5 March 2017 at Lung Wo Road, Central.
Once again we will jointly organize this unique and challenging sports event with Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association (HKAAA). This year, we celebrate the Rotary Foundation Centennial and we embrace the same mission of previous years not only to promote a positive activity and health awareness to the community, but also to encourage the public in supporting the community services of Rotary District 3450. 100% of the surpluses of the event will be supporting the future projects of District 3450.
