My dear fellow Rotarians,
It is with tremendous pride and honor that I serve as District Governor of D3450 in the year 2012-13.
I am grateful for the faith and support that you have bestowed upon me and in return, I vow to discharge my duties as district governor humbly and diligently and to the best of my ability.
D3450 has just concluded a year of outstanding achievement under the inspirational leadership of IPDG David who has strengthened our district in all its departments; with the success of Rotary the ONE IPDG David has elevated the reputation of D3450 to new height.
